Right In His Own Eyes

Every man did that which was right in his own eyes. Whether it is today or 3000 years ago during the time of the judges; man desires to listen to his own will rather than God's will. Situational morality or wisdom, which is falsely so called, is the means by which sinful man convinces himself that he knows better than God and can do just fine without Him. The biggest thing, however, that man cannot fix on his own is his offense against a holy and perfect God that demands justice. Only Jesus can deliver us from the just punishment we deserve.
